Reiss is our Business Manager for the South Division at The Tiger Group, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting clients and driving growth across the region. He joined TTG from one of the UK’s leading social care recruitment agencies and has quickly made a significant impact by leveraging his industry experience and deep sector knowledge.

Since joining, Reiss has become a key figure within the team, partnering with some of the most forward-thinking and dynamic residential childcare providers in the South. Tiger Group Security - Cookie

Don’t let the title fool you – Cookie is our resident Security Dog, but his real talents lie in greeting visitors with tail wags, stealing the odd sandwich, and keeping team morale sky-high. While he takes his role very seriously (especially when it involves naps or belly rubs), Cookie’s friendly nature and calming presence make him a firm favourite with staff and clients.

He may not bark much, but rest assured – nothing happens at The Tiger Group without Cookie knowing about it first.
